Heart Attack Grill opened in 2005 on Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas with one bold idea: what if a restaurant just stopped pretending to be healthy?
While other restaurants were shrinking portions and hiding calories, we went the other way. We put the calorie counts front and center — and made them something to be proud of.
